In fact, in the 2009 Greenhouse Gas & Climate Change Workforce Needs Assessment Survey of international industry leaders, professionals and scientists, the GHG Management Institute and Sequence Staffing report that:
- 84% of respondents stated that there is a shortage of qualified staff and experts to undertake current and planned initiatives
- Almost 90% believe the industry will at least double in the next five years, including 20% who say it will more than triple.

ISO 14001:2004 -- EMS Lead Auditor This training is for those who want a more complete appreciation of the knowledge and skills required to plan, manage and perform internal or third party Environmental Management System (EMS) audits. The course is certified by RABQSA and meets the training portion of the requirements for EMS Auditors.
Business in Balance This interactive course is intended for individuals who may be involved in managing or participating in Environmental Management System Audits. It provides the principles of environmental auditing, internal audit process and the tools to effectively plan and conduct an EMS internal audit.
